These discounts automatically apply when you choose half-yearly or yearly billing.

Yes. Filters are replaced once every year as part of your subscription at no extra cost.

We send WhatsApp payment reminders on your due date, so you never miss a renewal.

Our team visits every two months for free preventive maintenance. You will receive WhatsApp notifications for:

• Upcoming service visit
• Technician assignment
• Visit completion

Yes, you can switch between plans (Intro, Starter, Basic, Premium). Any difference in security deposit will be adjusted accordingly.

You can cancel anytime. After the purifier is returned in good condition, you’ll receive up to 90% refund of your security deposit.

Yes, installation is free for all rental plans.

Typically, installation is scheduled within 24–48 hours, depending on technician availability and your location.

Yes! We now offer a 50% discount on the security deposit if you choose a refurbished purifier unit. These units are fully certified and tested to ensure they provide the same high-quality water as new ones. We assure you that all filters are always brand new, as customer health and safety are our top priority. We never use refurbished filters under any circumstances.
